Title: Dispute Resolution Specialist
Location: Evansville IN (Onsite for training and then hybrid 3 times a week)
Pay Range: $19-20/hr
Type: Contract

Working knowledge in MS Word / Excel

Responsibilities:
Assist and handle any dispute from customers indirectly or directly through their bureaus

Handle incoming calls from Customers and delegate to the proper channel

Work within the homegrown system to handle disputes

Learn through training how to handle a volume of around 75 disputes per day

Researching, resolving, and responding to customer disputes related to credit bureau reporting, responding to other customer information requests from internal departments (legal and regulatory), and for entering information into the Credit Bureau Dispute database.
