PS Companies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Evansville, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Travel PS Companies is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical RN for an opening based in Evansville, IN. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position.
  
  
  Shift Requirements: 3x12hr Days, 6:30a-7p Unit Information: 44 beds. Ratio: Days 1:3-5; NOCs 1:4-7; CN takes patients on nights, but rarely on days. Skillset: Strong neuro assessment, log rolling patients, applying assistice devices (back brace, immobilizer), Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (travelers are required to pass a tele test **STEPDOWN EXP ONLY), PIV insertion. Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  Active IN RN or Compact License
  3+ years of Med/Surg RN expereince
  Trauma Level II expereince
  1+ years of experience of ortho/neuro/trauma
  Travel Expereince - at least 1 travel assignment
  Epic Experience (Recent)
  BLS (AHA) Certification
  ACLS (AHA) Certification
  NIHSS Certification
  Ability to clear a drug screen/background check. Benefits include:
