  • IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
  • 4E PCU/MedSurg: Mix AcuityUnit, must be comfortable with PCU and MedSurg and will work across all if needed
  • Shift: 3x12's or 4x12's
  • Ratios: 1:5
  • Years of experience REQ: 18 months
  • First timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: Every other
  • Is on-call REQ No
  • Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

        • Patient Diagnoses- CV Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Cardiology, Endocrine, Oncology
        • Special Procedures/Unit Details: CVICU - largest patient population is CV surgery and Thoracic surgery, including CABG, TAVR, SAVR, MVR, and VATS. Additional patient populations include flex acuity of MedSurg, Progressive and ICU of cardiovascular and oncology patients
        • Special Equipment: All private rooms with overhead lifts. Telemetry
