• Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS
  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical
  • 13 week contract
  • Start: 11/4 or 11/18 - Bi-weekly orientation
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)
  • Shift Requirement: 12hr Days 6:30-7
  • Patient Population: Med/Surg. population - post-surgical, UTI, sepsis, high fall risk, COPD, CHF
  • Skillset: Remote tele, chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, straight cath/Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood/blood product administration, tracheostomy are, PCA management. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Med/Surg, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience
    • Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
      • Schedule Information
      • Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)
      • Shift Requirement: 12hr Days 6:30-7
      • Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Information: 41 beds. Ratio: Days 1:4-5; NOCs 1:6-7
          • Additional Details
          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
          • Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
