Adecco is assisting a local leading bank in their search for
Call Center Representative / Customer Service positions in
Evansville, IN. This is long term contract opportunity. As a Call
Center / Customer Service Representative you will be responsible
for handling inbound call inquiries for banking customers. Apply

Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative / Customer
Service position include:
* Answering inbound calls from banking customers in regerence to
their banking inquiries
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments
for further investigation
* Input of new customer data into the customer data base
Qualifications for the Call Center Representative / Customer
Service
* Ecellent phone and customer service skills
* Able to work in a busy environment and being a team player
* Previous customer service related experience required with
ability to multi task
* Computer proficient with strong data entry skills
* Flexible to work a 40 hour work week between the hours of 7AM-8PM
with some Saturday rotation
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
* Able to pass a premeployment background and drug screen
These positions pay $10.75 /hr.
